How to Withdraw Your Child From Public School

I just came across this comprehensive fact sheet for withdrawing your child from public school in California. If you are new to homeschooling this will be a very helpful resource for you. Homeschooling is legal in the United States however each state has laws regarding who must be notified and what records must be kept by the parents. It’s not something to be frightened of you will want to be aware of the laws for your state. One thing that I do not agree with in this document is that you must join HSLDA. Although they are an reputable agency  homeschooling legal matters, joining their organization is not a requirement to  .
