The Stories Will Remain…

My youngest son will soon enter high school so I’ve been reflecting back on all those things that have made our homeschooling journey amazing. And the one thing that stands out in my mind is reading all those wonderful books. We used Sonlight’s History and Literature Curriculum and we all have so many shared memories because of all those books. I think the math will be forgotten, the grammar too, and even the writing assignments but the stories will remain!

That’s pretty much been my experience. Not to say that I didn’t learn many other things, but the stories stick best [smile].

I’m 15 and I just moved to georgia. My public school is way to bad , and crazy for me to attend my last two years of school. My mom has decided she will homeschool me and my younger siblings.
I was wondering .Can I take extra courses?because when I moved I lost 5 credits .Are the colleges going to look down on me because I’m homeschool.
So yeah can I take extra courses like those 5 I lost and the 11th curriculum also ?
Thanks I ‘ll be looking forward to hearing for you .Great Site helped out a lot.
